We are very pleased to have come to a perennial rental agreement with the new owner of the premises at Breslauer Straße 300. This makes MBS the first tenant in the western part of the former Prinovis site. The whole property measures 4.4 hectares and is located near the new buildings of the Technical University of Nuremberg. It is owned by a private investor, who plans to turn it into a high-class business location within the coming years offering much space for innovative companies from the high-tech sector.
